“外婆”原来是方言？？？南方网友对此说法不买账！(5)

这不由让人想起了河南的一篇报道……

上个月，郑州有一女士带着年迈的麻麻去逛超市，结果麻麻走丢了。

女士着急，跑去求助超市广播寻人：我麻麻只能听懂河南话，咱们可以用河南话广播吗?

超市工作人员：不行!只能用普通话!

A woman with the surname Ni had taken her children and 60-year-old mother shopping at a three-storey store in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan province, on Sunday.She became separated from them when she went to eat at the canteen while her mother took the children off to play.

But when Ni asked the supermarket help desk to make an announcement in her mother’s local Henan dialect, they refused,local paper Dahe News reported earlier this week.

Staff said they would only broadcast in Mandarin, which her mother, who is from a rural village, cannot understand.

据说事后超市解释，他们拒用郑州话广播，一是因为公共服务行业有使用普通话的规定。

但规定是死的人是活的，走失的老人根本听不懂普通话，你又何必用普通话去做无用功呢?如果走失的是歪果仁，你也要强行广播普通话么?

另一个原因，据说是超市觉得用方言广播会“影响超市形象”。

……这我就不明白了，这是嫌自己的家乡话土??

好吧……无可否认，不同人对于不同的方言，的确会有听感上的好恶。也就是哪些方言“好听”，哪些“不好听”。

的确，对于方言咱们各有所爱，但是不喜欢自家的方言(或者认为“不够洋气”)就拒绝用方言广播，还怕影响了超市形象……那就太没必要了。

很多商场促销时会刻意用方言来拉近距离，许多城市的公交系统也在适当加入方言。这不但不会影响普通话的推广，反而使外地人觉得新鲜，让本地人感到亲切，不也挺好?

更何况，“方言”作为各地传统文化和民俗的瑰宝，如今也更为国家所重视，并加强保护着……

一个词是不是“方言”，怎么界定，这自有语言学/词源学的大佬来较真，咱们也插不上嘴。

但是，即便“外婆”真的是方言，就要被粗暴地替代掉……
